Hotel-to-airport transfers with time to prepare
Start with your airline’s required airport arrival time, then work backwards to allow for the drive and hotel departure. Traffic, roadworks, events and the location of your hotel can change journey time. We do not treat a single advertised travel time as a guarantee.
When booking, provide your flight departure time, airport and terminal if known. Confirm the collection time in your itinerary, and leave time before that for checkout, lifts, concierge luggage retrieval and travelling with children. Tell us about additional hotel stops before the vehicle is allocated.
For a return journey, check both dates and addresses separately. A late-night arrival followed by an early departure is easy to enter incorrectly; reviewing the itinerary before confirmation helps avoid a missed connection.
