Mercedes-Benz Sprinter
The Sprinter is the larger passenger-van option for corporate teams, event guests and group transfers. Request it when your party or itinerary needs more space than a smaller people mover can provide.
Sprinter configurations vary. Confirm the passenger capacity, luggage space, boarding requirements and vehicle access for your booking. Do not assume that every Sprinter has the same seats, interior or baggage allowance.

Airport meet-and-greet and waiting: VHA’s published airport meet-and-greet fee is A$15. For international arrivals, the chauffeur enters 25 minutes after landing; for domestic arrivals, on landing, unless your itinerary confirms another entry time. The first 60 minutes of waiting inside the terminal from the confirmed entry time are free; after that, A$3 per minute is added to the confirmed fare. For a group or Sprinter booking, confirm the applicable meeting arrangement before travel.

For a business group, send the office or venue address and the time everyone needs to be inside. Allow time for boarding and unloading, not only the drive. For several hotel pickups, include the order of collection and the passenger count at each stop.

Children count towards the passenger total. When requesting a vehicle, provide each child’s age, the required restraints and details of prams or bulky items. Confirm these arrangements before booking so the seating configuration and luggage space can be assessed together.
The first baby seat is free only with a Mercedes V-Class booking. Additional baby seats are A$15 each; the published standard baby-seat charge is A$15 per seat. Request the equipment in advance so availability and the appropriate restraint can be confirmed.

Multiple vehicles can be requested where luggage, access or separate arrival times make that more practical. Early-morning and late-night journeys can be pre-booked, subject to availability. An enquiry is not a confirmed reservation.

Is a driver included with the van?
Yes. This is private chauffeur-driven passenger transport in a Mercedes V-Class or Sprinter. VHA Limos does not offer self-drive van rental through this service.
How many passengers can travel in a V-Class or Sprinter?
Capacity depends on the allocated vehicle and seating configuration. Send the adults, children, restraint needs and luggage together so we can confirm a suitable arrangement. Sprinter models do not all have the same passenger capacity.
Can all our suitcases fit with a full group?
Not automatically. Bag dimensions, cabin luggage, prams and equipment affect the available space. Describe everything travelling with the party before confirmation, especially for airport transfers or extended stays.
Can you collect people from several addresses?
Yes, you can request multiple pickups. Provide every address and the number joining at each stop. Extra stops affect timing and may affect the fare, so they should be included in the confirmed itinerary.
Can we book a van for a whole day?
You can request hourly or full-day arrangements. Send the proposed route and duration so minimum hire, waiting, travel inclusions and additional-time charges can be confirmed. Availability must be checked.
Can child seats be arranged in a chauffeur van?

Can we book a return transfer after an event?
Yes. Include the intended finish time and return destination when requesting your quote. If the end time may change, discuss waiting or retained hire before confirming; an immediate unscheduled pickup cannot be assumed.
