Melbourne Airport Chauffeur Pickup & Arrival Guide
Plan Your Airport Arrival Pickup
Arriving at Melbourne Airport? Use this guide to prepare for a private VHA Limos chauffeur pickup. Send your flight number, arrival date, passengers and luggage, plus any child-seat requirements. Review the pickup method, contact details and entry time on your confirmed itinerary before travel.
For transfer options, destinations and vehicle choices, see our Melbourne Airport transfers service.
What to Do When Your Flight Lands
- Follow the pickup instructions in your confirmed itinerary. International passengers should allow time for immigration and baggage collection.
- For inside-terminal Meet & Greet, international entry is 25 minutes after landing and domestic entry is when the flight lands, unless your itinerary confirms a different time.
- Keep your phone available so you and your chauffeur can coordinate the meeting point. For a curbside booking, follow the agreed collection instructions rather than assuming an inside-terminal meeting.
- Tell VHA Limos about a changed flight number, arrival date, passenger count or luggage requirement as soon as possible.
Meet & Greet is A$15. Airport waiting starts when your chauffeur begins waiting inside the terminal at the itinerary-confirmed time. The first 60 minutes are free; additional waiting is A$3 per minute added to your confirmed fare.
