One transfer, a return trip or a chauffeur by the hour?
The right booking format depends on what happens between your first pickup and final destination. These three arrangements need different information when you request a quote.
Point-to-point travel
Choose a transfer for a journey from one address to another. Confirm the pickup time, destination, passenger count and luggage. Include any stop along the way at the enquiry stage, because it can affect the time allowed and fare.
A planned return journey
Book both legs with a collection time and meeting point for each. A return transfer does not automatically mean the chauffeur waits at the destination. Tell us when your appointment or event finishes and discuss a practical collection point.
Hourly or multi-stop hire
Ask about a chauffeur arrangement when your day includes several destinations or waiting between appointments. Confirm the agreed duration, route, included waiting and extra-time arrangements. Changes on the day remain subject to availability.
Choose a vehicle around people, luggage and access
A vehicle’s passenger capacity is only part of the decision. Count your large suitcases, cabin bags, prams and child seats, and mention unusual items before booking. Compare our chauffeur fleet for sedan, SUV, V-Class and Sprinter options.
Sedans can suit individual travellers, couples and business appointments. An SUV may suit passengers who prefer a higher seating position. People movers provide another option for families and groups, with the final seating and luggage arrangement confirmed for your booking.
If you have mobility or access requirements, discuss them before choosing a vehicle. Do not assume a particular model has wheelchair access or enough room for specialist equipment. For child restraints, provide the children’s ages and confirm the appropriate seat configuration with us.
Know what is included before you confirm
Your quotation should reflect the actual itinerary: date, route, vehicle, passenger needs and requested extras. Check the collection instructions, fare and any additional charges before accepting the booking. An enquiry alone is not a confirmed reservation.
Airport Meet & Greet and waiting
Airport Meet & Greet is A$15. For international arrivals, your chauffeur enters the terminal 25 minutes after landing; for domestic arrivals, entry is when the flight lands, unless a different time is confirmed in your itinerary. The first 60 minutes of airport waiting are free from the agreed time your chauffeur begins waiting inside the terminal. After that, A$3 per minute is added to the confirmed fare.

Baby seats and itinerary changes
Baby seats cost A$15 each. The first baby seat is free only with a Mercedes V-Class booking; additional seats are A$15 each. Request restraints in advance so suitability and availability can be checked.

Pickup planning across Melbourne and Victoria
Provide an exact address rather than only a suburb or venue name. Apartment buildings, office towers and hotels may have separate vehicle entrances. For an event, tell us the venue’s access instructions and nominate one contact for your group.

Which chauffeur service should I choose?
Choose an airport transfer for flight-related travel, corporate travel for business appointments, or the relevant wedding, hotel, family or winery service for that occasion. If your itinerary combines several needs, send the complete plan rather than splitting it into separate enquiries.
Can I request a specific Mercedes or BMW?
Yes, you can request a preferred model. Availability depends on the date, journey and passenger requirements. Check the confirmed vehicle or agreed category before completing the booking, especially when child seats or large luggage are involved.
Can you arrange transport for several people or vehicles?
Ask about V-Class, Sprinter or multiple-vehicle arrangements. Provide the passenger count, luggage and each collection address, and nominate one group contact. We will confirm the available configuration rather than relying on passenger numbers alone.
Is Meet & Greet included in every airport transfer?

Can I book an early departure or late arrival?
Early-morning and late-night journeys can be arranged in advance, subject to confirmed availability. Send your travel details as soon as you know them. For a short-notice request, call to check availability before making travel assumptions.
