Your booking details
Every field requires an answer. Choose your service, complete the journey details and check your contact information before sending. Select “None required” for child seats if appropriate, enter “N/A” for a non-airport flight number, and enter “None” if there are no extra requirements.
Before you send
Use Melbourne local time. For an airport arrival, enter the scheduled flight arrival time and flight number. For a departure, enter the time you want to be collected from your pickup address.
Include everyone travelling. Count adults and children together, and describe luggage, prams or bulky items so vehicle suitability can be checked.
Tell us the complete plan. For a return trip, include the return date, time, pickup and destination in the itinerary field. For hourly hire or tours, include the expected duration and proposed stops.
Request child seats clearly. Add each child’s age and the seat type required to the itinerary field. Seat and vehicle arrangements need confirmation.

Choose the service that fits your journey
Airport, hotel and business travel
Select Melbourne Airport Transfers for journeys to or from Tullamarine, or Other Airport Transfers for another airport. Include the terminal if known. Our Melbourne Airport transfer guide explains the service in more detail.
For a hotel or business booking, use the full property or office address and identify the travelling passenger if someone else is organising the trip. Select Corporate Travel or Hotel Transfers as appropriate. Corporate chauffeur travel can be requested for individual journeys or a planned schedule.
Hourly hire, groups and private occasions
Choose hourly chauffeur hire when you need a vehicle and chauffeur retained for an agreed period. List the proposed stops and duration so the itinerary can be assessed.

1. Share a complete request
Provide the service, route, date, time, passengers and luggage, together with your contact details. Add any return trip, child-seat or multi-stop requirements so the request reflects the whole journey.
2. Review the arrangements
We review the details and discuss availability, the suitable vehicle category and price. Check what is included, any waiting or extra-stop arrangements, and the booking conditions before you proceed.
3. Keep your confirmation
Once the reservation is confirmed, keep the agreed details and pickup instructions handy. Contact us promptly if flight information, passenger numbers or the itinerary changes so the arrangements can be reviewed.
Booking questions
Can I request a particular Mercedes model?
Yes. Choose your preferred category and mention a specific model in the itinerary field. Availability, passenger numbers and luggage determine suitability. Browse our fleet before choosing; the final vehicle arrangements are confirmed with your booking.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Enter your details as the booking contact and include the travelling passenger’s name and phone number in the itinerary field. For multiple passengers arriving separately, explain the flight or pickup arrangements.
Can I request an early or late pickup?
Early-morning and late-night journeys can be requested in advance, subject to availability. Select the correct calendar date and use Melbourne local time. For a short-notice request, call to discuss availability.
